Pokémon TCG wholesale looks different from retail. Instead of buying individual packs, you buy sealed boxes, sets and cases at quantity-based wholesale pricing, and the buying decisions are about language version, product type, timing and logistics. This guide explains how wholesale sourcing works for the three main language markets we supply: Chinese, Japanese and English.
1. Choose your target language version
Pokémon TCG is printed in multiple languages, and each market has its own release schedule and pricing dynamics:
- Chinese Pokémon TCG - Simplified Chinese releases with a numbered booster structure (1.0, 2.0 ... 18.0), plus special series such as Gem Pack VOL.1-6 and Pokémon 151C collections. Strong demand in mainland China and Chinese-speaking communities worldwide.
- Japanese Pokémon TCG - The original Japanese releases, often the first to appear for new mechanics and high-value cards. Sold as booster boxes, special sets and starter decks.
- English Pokémon TCG - International English releases sold as booster display boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, booster bundles and premium collections. The most internationally tradeable format.
Most buyers specialise in one language version first, then expand. Mixed-language orders are also supported.
2. Understand the product types
- Booster boxes / display boxes - Sealed boxes of booster packs. The core wholesale unit for booster products.
- Special sets & collection boxes - Limited products with exclusive cards and packaging (for example Gem Series, Pokémon 151C, Japanese high-class sets).
- Elite Trainer Boxes / premium collections - Ready-made product bundles popular with players and collectors.
- Starter decks & battle sets - Ready-to-play products for new players and events.
- Original sealed cases - Full cases for large orders and long-term storage.
3. Minimum order quantity and mixed orders
Our MOQ starts from just 1 box for many products, so you can test a series before committing to larger volume. Mixed orders are supported: you can combine different series or product types in a single shipment, subject to current stock. If you are unsure what to buy, send us your budget and target market and we will recommend a starter mix.
4. Shipping terms that affect your landed cost
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - Import duties and taxes generally included in the quoted shipping cost. Simplest for the buyer.
- DAP (Delivered at Place) - Delivery arranged to your address; local duties/taxes paid by the buyer.
- EXW (Ex Works) - You arrange pickup or your own forwarder from our location.
Transit time depends on destination, weight and route; we provide an estimated delivery window with every shipping quotation.
5. How to get a wholesale quotation
Send us the product name, quantity and destination country through the contact form, WhatsApp or email. We will reply with current stock availability and the latest wholesale price. For large or recurring orders, ask about case pricing and volume discounts.
